Important Notice from Surprise Pediatrics Regarding COVID-19
Surprise Pediatrics does not offer routine Covid testing at our office. If you are in need of a Covid test for exposure or travel, please visit one of the Embry Health locations throuthout the valley to receive testing.
These measures are subject to change.
We are asking anyone who enters the office to please wear a mask to your appointment.
At this time, we would greatly appreciate it if only ONE healthy parent or caregiver attends the appointment with their child. While normally we would encourage both parents to come to the visit if they can, at this time, we want to minimize exposures. We conitnue to routinely clean all exam rooms and weigh stations between each and every patient. Wait rooms are cleaned throughout the day with very limited seating, there may be overflow in hallway for social distancing.These measures are subject to change.
